Main duties of the job
PracticeNurses in the practice are an essential part of the clinical team supportingthe GP and nursing team while providing high quality patient care within theirown responsibilities.
Asa Practice Nurse within the practice you will develop the skills in thefollowing areas:
Long term condition management
Wound Care
Testing (ECGs/Spirometry/Blood samples etc)
Vaccinations and injections
Cervical Screening
Theseare just a few of the varied roles the Practice Nurse will undertake within thepractice setting in an ever changing dynamic and developing NHS. Please referto the Job Description for further information.
