- Thursday 20 June – Yate Minor Injuries Unit
- Thursday 27 June – South Bristol Urgent Treatment Centre
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate through face-to-face, telephone, email, letter, and conference calls
- Book people into our place-based care units and other local services efficiently
- Serve as a contact point for patients, carers, healthcare professionals, and external partners
- Respond to information requests and provide guidance
