You will be joining a strong and supportive Physiotherapy Department within the top performing University Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to support the physiotherapy department predominately at Worthing Hospital with flexibility to occasionally work across three outpatient sites (Southlands Hospital, Worthing Hospital and Littlehampton Health Centre).
Candidates must be able to integrate and work well within a mixed team of administrators and clinicians, have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise their workload and have excellent communication and customer care skills. Previous experience of a public facing administrative role, with reception duties essential and knowledge of the practices and processes within the NHS is advantageous, but not essential. There are opportunities to progress your administrative career with the Trust, and applicable further training/courses are available.
