As the Regional Lead Occupational Therapist and Sensory Practitioner, you will be responsible for the line management, professional leadership and development of the Occupational Therapy Service across the Midlands and Yorkshire region. With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will manage a defined caseload undertaking SI assessments, treatment and evaluation of interventions across the region on referral basis. You will provide expert advice and expertise regarding the Occupational Therapy profession to the regional team, establish an effective supervision framework, support recruitment, and identify training needs.
