Role Overview


As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Previous experience within a receptionist role is required to excel in this position.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors at the front desk in a courteous manner.

Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail efficiently.

Undertaking general administrative tasks, including diary management when required.


Requirements


Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using office equipment and basic administrative tasks.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
