We are currently looking for a full time Health Care Assistant who will be working as a member of the St Ives District Nursing Community Team undertaking delegated duties in order to meet the needs of the needs of the service users.You will be trained and supervised by registered professionals and will be expected to follow a plan of care based on the specific needs of the service users.
