- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations
- Compassion and empathy towards others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility - must be available to work mornings, evenings and alternative weekends.
