We're looking for a Receptionist/Site Administrator to join our Kier Strategic Projects team in the Yorkshire area.

The role will join one of our key Construction projects in the area, working closely with the Office Manager in a busy Site Office.

: Fixed Term Contract, 6 months initially.

What will you be responsible for?


As a Receptionist/Site Administrator for this particular project your day to day can include:

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, greet and assist visitors, manage visitor passes, and handle deliveries.
  • Organise meeting room schedules, ensure rooms are prepared, arrange refreshments, and manage bookings using Outlook.
  • Maintain PPE stock levels, order PPE for newcomers, manage PPE for visitors, and update the stock record.
  • Manage photocopiers and mail, place orders for site and office consumables, and support general office operations.
  • Assist in setting up and administering on-site events, ensuring smooth execution.
