Job summaryThis is a full-time post within the Fertility Centre. The post is based within our Labs structure within the Andrology service but will work across the team.We aim to support all donors and patients that access our services from initial referral to the hospital, throughout their treatment until their family is complete. We are a large multi-disciplinary team and the role will involve working across disciplines.The post will be predominantly laboratory Andrology, beyond diagnostics involving the sperm-side aspects of Embryology work and also involve participating in other aspects of how we deliver our Ambitious, Brave and Compassionate service.The post holder will work autonomously, as a lead specialist in Andrology services, in line with the HFEA Code of Practice, and all local QM requirements.Any successful candidate would need to be enthusiastic about joining our service in particular and be a team player.
