An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a full time administrator to support the Community and School aged immunisation service, based at Doolittle Mill, Ampthill, Bedfordshire. The roll will primarily provide administrative cover for the BCG Immunisation service in the first instance.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need to be computer literate with experience of MS Word and Excel and will be given full training on SystmOne as well as other internal systems.

Successful candidates will be expected to work in the organisation, providing services in a professional, efficient, friendly and polite manner.

* Manage waiting lists for the service, providing clinic appointments in a timely manner
* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets to ensure KPI's are meet.
* Patient data management on SystmOne
* Maintain smooth running of the office, including stationery audits
* Telephone support, receiving and making calls to patients including making appointments on SystmOne and general queries relating to service delivery
