As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the dental office calendar.
- Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.
- Processing patient paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling financial transactions, including billing and insurance claims.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the dental team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software, including dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month.
