Role Description:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the dental office calendar.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.
  • Processing patient paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling financial transactions, including billing and insurance claims.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the dental team.


Requirements


  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month.
