To work as part of the Colorectal/Gen Surg team to provide a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and their carer's.
Be responsible for leading your own zone in respect of patient safety and professional standards.
Demonstrate clinical excellence and act as a professional role model to junior staff
You will be working alongside other Junior Sisters and support from a senior Sister.
You will be required to line manage a team of staff and complete management duties.
You will be responsible for effective running & utilisation of the Ward
