Key Task and Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader (Band 7) in the forensic directorate.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with good clinical skills, who can work closely with other disciplines to deliver high-quality care to patients. The role will enable you the opportunity to develop on your managerial and leadership skills.
We are a Trauma Informed Service, looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual with good clinical skills. You will lead the delivery of high-quality care to patients with a good nursing therapeutic skill.
The post holder should have adequate skills to support the multidisciplinary team in using evidenced based approaches such as Trauma Informed Care, recovery star, traffic light system, Broset, safety huddles and other evidence-based approaches in the prediction of violence and aggression.
Most importantly, you will be supported to ensure that care is delivered in a proactive working environment and that a positive patient experience is achieved.
The Forensic directorate supports regular rotation of staff to other wards to acquire new skills, avoid burnouts, and gain the full benefits and experience from working across the various pathways. The post holder may hence be rotated to another ward to meet service needs when required.
