As a key member of the Public Health and Wellbeing team the post holder will be responsiblefor the further development of our community based neighbourhood approach to address health inequalities in line with our Live Well prevention system.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of the Live Well personalised care service and leading staff to develop the Royal Greenwich Community Champion programme and the community aspects of the neighbourhood development agenda.

The postholder will require a high level of understanding about the complexity of health inequalities and specialist skills and knowledge relating to the wider determinants of health.

As a member of the Public Health and Wellbeing Senior Leadership team, the postholder will report to the Associate Director of Inclusion and Neighbourhood Development.
