We are currently looking for an individual to join our skilled and motivated team as a Medical Secretary in the Department of Medical Microbiology.
Applications are invited for this part time, fixed term post (11 months) from candidates who possess SVQ3 or equivalent in Secretarial skills. The successful candidate will be proficient in touch typing and other administrative computer skills which are essential requirements for this post.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential service to the Service Clinical Director (SCD) and will assist in the organisation of the workload of the SCD and other Consultants within the Medical Microbiology Department. They will be expected to attend departmental meetings on a regular basis as minute taker.
