Salary: £8.25 to £15.00 per hour Hours: Full time, Part time, Evenings Weekends


We Pay a Peak Rate of £10.00 per hour, 7 days a week between

7.00-10.00 am and 19.00 -22.00 pm

We offer our Care Assistants;


  • Peak Rate Pay of £10.00 ph (Peak hours 7.00-10.00 am & 19.00-22.00 pm) 
  • £15.00 per hour Bank Holidays 
  • Up to 28 days paid holiday per year 
  • Full in-house training 
  • Funded DBS check 

We have both Full Time and Part Time hours with opportunities to work a
guaranteed hours contract
or to work flexibly. No experience necessary as full training and ongoing support is given to all who join the team.


Please note that initial training is a full week.


Typical responsibilities include assisting our customers with personal care such as washing and bathing, changing their clothes, medication prompting and some domestic chores around their home such as meal preparation and shopping whilst importantly giving them companionship.

  • Full Driving Licence (Preferred)

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the client and Caremark.

The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.

Principal Responsibilities

Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as:

  • Help with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Prompting with medication
  • Support with daily routines
  • Respite services
  • Socialising and leisure activities
  • Helping clients access the community
