Location: Marischal College

Duration: Full - time 37 hour, Fixed term up to 1 year


Job Purpose


To provide an effective and efficient admin and secretarial support to members of the ELT – (Clinical & Governance Director, Head of People & Performance, and Head of Delivery & Development)


Requirements



The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:


SVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject or willingness to obtain

Experience in Health and Social Care preferred, but not essential


Responsibilities



The post holder needs to be able to demonstrate:


The ability to liaise with staff at all levels

A strong understanding of the need for confidentiality associated with the role

The ability to deliver work under competing deadlines

Ability to plan and manage a set workload with limited direct supervision, while at the same time recognising when matters need to be escalated

Experience of managing constant and conflicting demands

Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to make notes and take minutes of meetings

The ability to manage others diaries

The ability to communicate clearly with a variety of client groups

The ability to use a range of ICT packages including MS Office

The ability to collate and analyse information

The ability to manage time in order to successfully deliver projects

The ability to continually evaluate information and develop practical business orientated solutions
