Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is looking for forward-thinking and enthusiastic Community Nurses.
We regularly have opportunities for full-time and part-time community nurses to join the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership and there can be a mix of permanent and temporary posts. Successful candidates will be placed in the most appropriate teams to give them the experience that they need to develop into the role, but they should be prepared to work anywhere in Aberdeen City HSCP according to service need.

Successful applicants will have excellent communication and team working skills and be committed to delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients in their own homes. Community experience is desirable, however, applications from other registered nurses who have a passion for working in the community will also be considered. Graduate nurses with 1 year post graduation experience and who have completed the Flying Start programme as also eligible to apply via this advert. Newly Graduated Nurses who are newly qualified can be considered for community posts but should apply via the Newly Graduated Nurses programme rather than directly via this advert.
