They aim to provide the highest standard of assistance, enabling their customers to be independent, happy, comfortable, and confident within their own homes.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Must have access to a car to respond to any immediate needs
- Prior care experience is essential to understand and address the needs of clients and support staff effectively
What will your role look like?
- Answer telephones and handle any queries promptly and efficiently
- Provide support to carers while they are working, ensuring they have the assistance they need
- Cover for sickness, ensuring continuity of care
