In 2020, the Trust launched its ambitious ‘Building for our Future’ programme.
We are a busy Urgent care Department, treating on average 50,000 patients a year. We are looking for a Band 6 Urgent Treatment Centre Co-ordinator to join our pro-active and dynamic team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Nurse/Health Care Professional, who is well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development. To support the Urgent Care Division in maintaining efficient, effective, safe delivery of patient care. To work closely with and build relationships with the UTC GP, Emergency Paediatric Nursing Team, Emergency Care Practitioners, Triage and Streaming health care professionals.

We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship and clinical supervision within the Clinical Unit and are committed to the professional development of all staff.

To support the Urgent Care division in maintaining efficient, effective, safe delivery of patient care, within an environment that promotes a responsive approach to changing Healthcare needs. Assessing and delivering care needs to patients coming into urgent care and streaming to pathways within the trust and community services, assisting with the heavy flow of patients coming into Urgent care.
