Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high standards of care to our clients. You will assist with daily activities, and personal care, and support our clients in maintaining their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Monitor and record clients' health conditions and report any changes.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
