We are currently recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to join our Support Services Team in Belfast!

  • Hours of Work: 24 & 36 Hour Contracts Available 


  • 12 Hour Shifts: 8am - 8pm 


  • This is a dual worker role 

Tarasis Support Services provide housing and support to some of the most vulnerable people in our community. The successful applicant will work to build the skills and confidence of their young service users. You will be providing individualised support to each service users based on their needs.


The Youth Support Worker supports children and young people who experience low mood, suicidal ideation and self-harm to build resilience, increasing coping strategies and develop support networks.

The successful applicant must have:

  • A minimum of one years’ work experience, working within housing, social care or equivalent setting with vulnerable Clients (Young People, Children or Adults)
  • Proven ability to effectively support and work as a member of a team
  • Full EU Driving licence and access to a car
  • Fluent English
