We are seeking to appoint an
independent chair of the Board
with leadership experience in estates and facilities.
Role of the chair
- providing leadership to the RFLPSL board
- taking responsibility for the RFLPSL board's development
- ensuring proper information for the RFLPSL board is provided by the Managing Director (MD)
- planning and conducting board meetings effectively, alongside the MD
- getting all directors involved in the RFLPSL board's work and achievement of its objectives
- ensuring the RFLPSL board focuses on its key tasks
- engaging the RFLPSL board in assessing and improving its performance
- overseeing the induction and development of directors
- supporting the MD in the execution of their leadership role
