We are seeking to appoint an
independent chair of the Board
with leadership experience in estates and facilities.


Role of the chair

  • providing leadership to the RFLPSL board
  • taking responsibility for the RFLPSL board's development
  • ensuring proper information for the RFLPSL board is provided by the Managing Director (MD)
  • planning and conducting board meetings effectively, alongside the MD
  • getting all directors involved in the RFLPSL board's work and achievement of its objectives
  • ensuring the RFLPSL board focuses on its key tasks
  • engaging the RFLPSL board in assessing and improving its performance
  • overseeing the induction and development of directors
  • supporting the MD in the execution of their leadership role
