Main duties of the jobWorking as a Client Care Coordinator you will interact with our clients through our omni-channel service carrying out inbound, pre-booked appointment outbound calls and online chat. You will be joining a team of over 150 colleagues that work together across our three contact centre sites to deliver an efficient and safe service to our clients. Working within the centre you will never be alone as we have a fantastic support network in place so that we all feel connected. Please note that this is a phone-based role.Hybrid work arrangements may be considered following a six-month probationary period, with a minimum requirement of working on-site 2-3 days per week thereafter.
Were offering permanent roles, working between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend shift in a 2-week rotation.
