We have a unique opportunity for a
Primary Care Mental Health Administrator
to join Northpoint. This role will involve working across The Small Mill in Leeds and hybrid working will be considered. You will join us on a permanent, full-time contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

What you will be doing as our PCMH Administrator:


To provide administrative service support for the wider organisation. You’ll be delivering an administrative support function using standard operating procedures. You will also take the appropriate steps to ensure decisions are actioned within clearly defined policies, procedures and codes of conduct, escalating any anomalies as required.


What are we looking for in our ideal PCMH Administrator:


  • General administrative support to the organisation
  • Referral management
  • Patient waiting lists
  • Appointments
  • Diary/rota/clinic management
  • Patient information systems
  • Procurement and stock management
  • Meetings management including minute taking
  • Reception/telephone support
