Salary: £75k + Bonus + Car Allowance

Key Requirements

• Previous home manager or regional manager experience is desirable
• Clinical nursing experience
• A good leader, proven ability of hiring, motivating, building high performance teams
• Knowledgeable of current UK care standards and practices
• Quality control
• Relationship building and management
• Budgeting, and working alongside with the Sales and Marketing team to increase occupancy rate
• Great attitude and love for your job
• Driver's license

As the Regional Manager in Scotland, you will work with our two other regional managers in order to provide support for our 7 care homes in Scotland. We are looking for someone with clinical expertise and nursing experience. You will work closely with the home managers, so they can keep providing outstanding care and clinical services to their residents.

The Regional Manager will have excellent interpersonal skills, such as communication, presentation and leadership, to motivate others, for maximum effectiveness in the care homes.
