We are looking for an honest and reliable individual to care for our 2 year old client for 11 hours a week starting asap.

• £16ph
• The client has brain injury after an accident
• If you have worked with children before and are looking for a part time position 11 hours per week this could be the ideal job
• Family are welcoming, they have 3 children
• Your role is to support mum at every turn with her child
• Assist getting ready for nursery /shoes /coat / walker or wheel chair / get to know her siblings
• Walk to nursery with Mum and stay for the duration of the session will vary as the settling in period continues
• Walk home and assist getting client into the flat as the settling in sessions progress they will be time left over which presents a good opportunity to play, get to know Mum and observe how she cares for the client (personal care / AFOs / positioning and equipment) and assist where needed
• Key - to develop a trusted relationship with Mum and install confidence in hope that shell be receptive for additional and ongoing support.
