We are seeking an experienced, people focused Registered Manager who will manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Home. Raising standards of care, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity whilst developing our teams to their full potential.
Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents.
You will be responsible for Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a caring environment.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory management experience.
- Control and management of budgets and accounts.
- Knowledge of the principles in sales and marketing.
- Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities, enthusiasm along with influencing skills.
