The Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as Administration Team Leader for our Complex Needs and Disability Care Group.
The successful applicant should have a proactive and friendly attitude, be able to demonstrate substantial administrative / secretarial experience and meet the main duties of the role.
It's important that you are an excellent communicator with experience of working to tight and changing deadlines. You will be highly organised and efficient with excellent time and diary management skills, and have the ability to prioritise requests and to deal with conflicting demands. A high level of attention to detail supported by strong computer and typing skills is essential and proven skills and experience of providing secretarial support to multi-disciplinary teams including medics.
As a key leadership role within the team, you will have experience of supervising / line managing staff and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning yours and others workloads to effectively support clinical services. This role will be an ideal opportunity to further develop those skills in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment.
