Role: Receptionist



Location: Central London



Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6pm



Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 * 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension scheme, development opportunities, social events, daily fresh fruit, wellbeing and retail discounts.


Our lovely client is an established, private healthcare clinic offering world-class, doctor-led health assessments in luxury surroundings.


This Receptionist role is a key position and will be a brilliant fit for a professional and client-focused person with exceptional communication and organisational skills.



What you will do as the Receptionist?


You will ensure that everyone who walks through the door enjoys a 5-star service. As the first point of contact for clients attending their health assessment, you will be responsible for welcoming them warmly and creating a VIP experience.


You will be responsible for setting up client rooms, managing lunches, car and hotel bookings as well as a range of other receptionist and administrative duties.


  • Greeting clients warmly and professionally and building a rapport with them throughout their day at the clinic
  • Preparing client suites for the day with amenities and refreshments
  • Hotel and car bookings for clients
  • Managing relationships and preferential rates with local hotels
  • Recording accurate and confidential notes
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Booking and managing offsite medical appointments for clients
  • Preparing the meeting rooms for guests
  • Liaising with doctors, health professionals, clinicians, colleagues
