The "Mental Health Practitioner (Developmental Role)" position at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, based in Peterborough, involves working within the Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) to provide mental health services on a community basis, seven days a week. The role focuses on conducting comprehensive assessments and collaboratively planning care for individuals experiencing mental health crises, including managing high-risk situations.

Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical and communication skills, leadership qualities, a dynamic approach to challenges, relevant qualifications, and previous experience with unstable patient conditions.
