Cygnet Health Care is seeking female Mental Health Support Workers for its Hospital in Godden Green, Sevenoaks, which specializes in providing acute and PICU services for women in a therapeutic environment aimed at promoting recovery. The role involves collaborating with nursing staff to support the admissions, assessments, and discharges of inpatients, ensuring their dignity and safety. Support Workers will engage with service users to help manage their mental health, develop daily living skills, and facilitate their transition back into the community, all while adhering to safeguarding guidelines.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, resilience, and a caring disposition, along with a genuine desire to positively impact others' lives. The position requires flexibility in working hours, with shifts organized on a rotating basis.
