Join our dedicated Crawley PCN Community Nursing team as an Assistant Practitioner or Qualified Nursing Associate, where your skills can truly make a difference! Flexibility is key as our team operates seven days a week, from 08:00 to 18:00. You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while delivering essential clinical activities such as wound care, injections, and compression therapy, all tailored to individual care plans. If you possess excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a desire to embrace new challenges, we’d love to hear from you. A driving license and access to a car for work is essential, and experience in community settings will be an advantage.
