This key role invites you to work alongside our Clinical, Quality and Governance teams, championing the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation.

In this dynamic position, you will spearhead the investigation and analysis of patient safety incidents, producing insightful reports that not only highlight areas for enhancement but also support families and staff through challenging times. With your strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders, you’ll lead training sessions on crucial topics such as human factors and Just Culture, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge to contribute to a safer healthcare experience.
