Bromley GP Alliance Ltd is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Pharmacy Technician to join the Crays Primary Care Network (PCN) in Orpington, which serves a diverse patient population of over 35,500. This role has arisen due to the expansion of their collaborative team, which includes six GP surgeries focused on providing quality primary care services within a supportive work environment that emphasises work/life balance. The technician will work across 2-3 practices, contributing to patient care through structured medication reviews, conducting medicines reconciliation and audits, and supporting medication administration, particularly for vulnerable populations, including care home patients.

In addition to direct patient support, the Pharmacy Technician will engage in various initiatives, such as enhancing antimicrobial stewardship, implementing national prescribing policies, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize medicine management. They will also provide leadership in the development of efficient systems for medicine usage and foster relationships across healthcare settings to integrate pharmacy services effectively.
