The Project Support Officer for Personal Health Budgets (PHB) at NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board will coordinate the delivery of PHBs for both adults and children. Key responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and timely payment of direct payments, managing monitoring arrangements, and developing effective communication with partner organisations, professionals, and families. The role will also involve maintaining an accurate database for financial agreements, producing and implementing policies, and providing training and support to related providers and stakeholders.

The position serves as a vital point of contact for inquiries regarding PHBs and involves researching, drafting correspondence, and distributing up-to-date information on PHB processes, eligibility, and policy changes. The job holder will also be expected to adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation and carry out additional duties as required by their supervisor.
