The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Psychological Intervention Facilitator (PIF) to join their Gainsborough Community Mental Health Team, based at Hickman Street Health Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, supporting service users in distressing situations, and developing treatment formulations by engaging with patients, their families, and records. They will also manage a caseload, set collaborative intervention goals, and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions under supervision from qualified professionals, addressing various mental health issues.

Carry out relevant risk assessments and risk management with the multi-disciplinary team
Engage calmly and with sensitivity and empathy to support service users in highly distressing or emotional circumstances.
Engage with and gather information from service users, relatives and patient records to develop a formulation.
To be a named professional for a caseload of service users supporting and monitoring their progress in treatment.
To set collaborative goals for intervention with service users
