Synnovis Analytics is seeking a motivated Quality Officer to join their Quality team in London for a 12-month fixed-term role. This position primarily involves supporting the Biochemistry and Immunology laboratories in achieving quality objectives, compliance with ISO 15189 standards, and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will perform various tasks such as auditing, managing non-conformances, assisting with incident management, and ensuring timely submission of reports. Collaboration with laboratory teams, Quality Managers, and other stakeholders is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and safety across multiple sites, which include St Thomas' Hospital and King's College Hospital.

The Quality Officer will report to the Senior Quality Manager and play a critical role in the transition and adaptation of Quality team's operations, especially as transformational work is underway to consolidate laboratory processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating audits and training, handling quality failures, and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is suitable for those with laboratory and quality management experience, as Synnovis looks to enhance its pathology services while preparing for the move to a new state-of-the-art Hub laboratory in Blackfriars, scheduled for 2025. Full training and support will be provided to facilitate the successful delivery of quality services.
