The Wilmslow Health Centre is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their forward-thinking practice serving 16,500 patients in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The role involves a variety of reception duties, including greeting patients, managing the appointment system, processing requests, and liaising with both the clinical team and external agencies. While prior experience is desirable, full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, signposting patients, maintaining accurate healthcare records, and supporting administrative and clinical staff. The Receptionist will also assist with managing patient inquiries, monitoring supplies, and maintaining a tidy working environment.
