The role of Referral Administrator/Call Handler/Team Support at North East London Foundation Trust's Waltham Forest Rapid Response Team involves providing vital administrative support for referral management and call handling within a dynamic healthcare environment. The Rapid Response Team delivers urgent care to patients in their homes, aiming to treat health issues swiftly and reduce hospital admissions. The successful candidate will assist in triaging calls from the public and health professionals, work collaboratively with the clinical team, and manage a fluctuating workload during shifts from 08:00 to 21:00.

Candidates should possess prior experience in call handling, though training options are available. Key attributes for this role include excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and strong IT competence. The position is a 9-month fixed term role and offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing quality care.
