The Rehabilitation Assistant role at First Community Health and Care in Redhill involves supporting patients in their homes as part of the Intermediate Care team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses, to deliver short-term rehabilitation and care to individuals recently discharged from hospital or those at risk of admission.
