Salary: Basic Pay £26,421 (Average earnings £32,482 including Secure Allowance)
Hours: Average 37 hours per week, including early and late shifts and sleep-ins
Experience: Minimum 2 years working with young people
Qualification: Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent (desirable)
