The role of Resourcing Assistant (Recruitment) at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in Nuneaton involves providing vital administrative support to recruitment managers, candidates, and the resourcing team in a fast-paced environment. The position is available in two formats: a 30-hour permanent role and a 37.5-hour fixed-term contract for four months. The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills, experience in administration, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with social media for talent attraction is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.

As a key member of the resourcing team, the assistant will manage the recruitment process from vacancy initiation to candidate onboarding, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and conducting pre-employment checks.
