Job Title: Resourcing Assistant (Recruitment)
*1 x 30 hours per week, permanent, with occasional weekends and evenings to support with recruitment events.*
*1 x 37.5 hours per week, 4 months FTC to end on 8th August 2025, with occasional weekends and evenings to support with recruitment events.*
Salary: £24,£25,674 per annum, pro rata

This role needs an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and able to work at a fast pace on a number of priorities at the same time, to provide administrative support to recruiting managers, candidates and the resourcing team.It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get exposure to inhouse recruitment in a busy environment
Administrative experience is needed, and we would love it if you have experience of using social media to attract talent, however if you don't feel you meet all the essential criteria for the role get in contact with me for an informal conversation or to ask any questions.

Our resourcing team is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process of every new starter joining the Trust. Our Resourcing Assistants should have friendly and helpful customer service skills, as you will be answering calls and email queries daily. You need to be able to manage your time effectively and support the recruitment journey from the moment a vacancy arises to when the successful candidate starts in post.
This is a demanding but rewarding role where although some tasks are routine, others will require you to use your problem solving skills. You should be able to prioritise your tasks and have good attention to detail because of the nature of the information you will be dealing with. You will need to have demonstrable experience of using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. You will also use our social media platforms on a regular basis to attract and engage candidates to our roles and as resourcing is fast paced, you definitely need a positive, solution focused attitude!
