In this vital Bank position, you will lead a compassionate team of care staff, ensuring that each resident receives the personalised care and support they need. Your role will include mentoring your team, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to enhance the wellbeing of our residents. To thrive in this role, you’ll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and experience in a residential setting, as well as proven leadership skills.
