Join our team as aService DevelopmentAdministrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our senior leadership team and ensuring the seamless coordination of key operational and strategic priorities.
A key focus of this role is administering theChildrens Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) and CYP PT training programmes, managing programme coordination, reporting, and communication. In addition, you'll provide essential administrative support, including document preparation and general office duties, to enable the leadership team to work efficiently. This is a fixed-term full time position for 12 months, working 37.5 hours per week at our County Hall base in Chelmsford.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the senior leadership team, managing tasks, diaries, and meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Administer the CWP and CYP IAPT training programmes, coordinating communication, records, and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute extremal meeting agendas minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
- Support trainee recruitment, interview scheduling, and training session organisation.
- Assist with bid and contract administration, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Coordinate the Healthy Schools grant programme, supporting school engagement and payments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support general project coordination and wider administrative tasks as required.

- Experienced in providing administrative support in a busy environment.
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Confident usingMicrosoft Officeand digital systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
- Able to support meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
Desirable:Experience in training programme administration, knowledge ofChildren and Young Peoples Mental Health services, or an understanding of bid and contract processes.
Flexibility may be required, with occasional travel as needed.
