An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Surgical Directorate at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Service Manager
This Service Manager post is a key position within the Directorate responsible for providing day-to-day operational management for a clinical service alongside delivering and development of improvement initiatives for patients and staff.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- experience of working within a multi-professional team and of working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- a strong commitment to improving services whilst remaining passionate about quality and safety.
- a proven track record of successful operational management experience and will demonstrate a high standard of communication and organisational skills.
Above all, demonstrate a proficiency for working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure the effective delivery of high quality care across outpatient, inpatient and day unit settings.
