The "System Coordination Centre Administrator" role based in Eastleigh with Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB focuses on providing essential administrative support for the System Coordination Centre and System Resilience Team. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to manage complex queries, maintain effective communication systems, and ensure the timely distribution of information. The successful applicant will also coordinate meetings and events, gather and report data, and support the development and monitoring of transformation programs.

Applicants should be highly motivated individuals capable of operating in a fast-paced environment and engaging constructively with various NHS staff and partners. This position requires flexible working over a 7-day period and entails responsibilities such as maintaining filing systems, creating communication resources, and nurturing professional relationships with stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery and support the overall objectives of the organisation.
