The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic and driven Theatre Practitioners (General Surgical Scrub) to join their surgical team. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a perioperative or surgical nursing environment, although full training will be provided for those eager to learn. This role involves performing scrub duties in alignment with departmental policies, contributing to quality improvements, and promoting evidence-based practices.
