The London North West Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking to hire two Trust Resident Doctors in Geriatrics for fixed-term contracts—one for one year and another for six months. These roles are situated within the Department of Medicine for Older People at Northwick Park and Ealing Hospitals, focusing on comprehensive geriatric assessments and early discharge planning to enhance the quality of life and independence of older patients in the community.

The Trust Resident Doctors will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, performing patient assessments, supervising junior staff, and engaging in care decision-making processes, including case conferences and family meetings.
