We are looking for a Waiting List Co-Ordinator to assist in cover for all Elective / Regional & National Services to support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Waiting List Management Service through referral vetting, processing and overseeing admission dates using GJNH PAS (Trak).
Ensure patients are vetted to the appropriate treatment pathway
Maintain accurate patient information
Report checking and theatre utilisation
Continuity of a high quality administrative service
Extensive previous experience in a health care environment and understanding of Treatment Time Guarantee guidelines is essential for this post as are excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills.
NHS Golden Jubilee is open to considering flexible working options for this role.
